Mid-November. Midweek. Let’s stay in it! It’s worth it!

These “4 the Fam” midweek emails will be short, reflective, & actionable — structured to encourage you to press on to the end of the week, specifically in the leadership of your family.

1 Principle

Every interaction where you’re present with your kids is an investment that grows compounding interest in relational capital.

Like money faithfully stored away, any and every small moment of connection and correction gathers invisible interest.

Consistent deposits of presence build longterm relational wealth.

Even the moments that feel wasted or broken are not lost! God redeems them.

He is the great multiplier — turning our humble offerings of time, attention, and grace into lifelong fruit in the hearts of our children.

Great family leadership is sacred investing.

1 Practice

Increase your capacity for big emotions and loud noises this week.

When everyone’s a little too much — try to see it as a opportunity to “increase your max” in emotional strength and mental resilience.

1 Prompt

Are you parenting for immediate results or long-term fruit?

1 Passage

“Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

Turn this into a prayer for your family leadership this week:

Father, teach me to be faithful in the small moments, patient in the slow ones, and gentle in the messy ones. Redeem every word and action for Your glory and our children’s good. Help our family reap a harvest of love that only You could grow. Amen.
